Bio:
Harman is a dedicated and highly experienced Registered Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through specialized, evidence-based physiotherapy care.
With an extensive background in physiotherapy and advanced training in pelvic health, injury rehabilitation, IMS (dry needling), vestibular and concussion therapy, and manual therapy, Harman provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of conditions, including:

Graduating in 2011, Harman has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals and outpatient clinics. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and uses an integrative approach that combines manual therapy techniques—such as symptom modification, trigger point release, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and individualized exercise programs—with client education to help patients reach their functional goals.
Harman believes in treating the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms, to achieve long-term relief and improved quality of life. Her passion for women’s pelvic health physiotherapy grew after completing advanced training and witnessing the life-changing impact of this specialized care. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women can address their concerns openly and work toward greater confidence and wellbeing.
By integrating pelvic floor physiotherapy into her broader practice, Harman takes a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, and functional aspects of each patient’s health. She is also deeply committed to education and advocacy, raising awareness about pelvic health and encouraging proactive self-care within her community. Outside of her professional work, Harman enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. She continues to advance her clinical expertise through ongoing education and training.

Sukhman is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with more than 6+ years of experience in field of physiotherapy. She graduated in 2017 and is skilled in techniques such as Manual Therapy including Myofascial release, whiplash injuries, joint mobilization, shockwave, Taping with tailored exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Her approach aims not merely to relieve pain but also to restore mobility and improve overall quality of life. She has experience with acute as well as chronic conditions and believes in collaboration with other team members as needed. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. She deals with private, Worksafe,ICBC and MSP clients. Sukhman has extensive hands-on experience and has an expertise in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Saurav Guru holds a degree in Physiotherapy and has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery, neurological rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. His clinical expertise is complemented by advanced training in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and injury prevention strategies.

Karm Saggu

Karm is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast college of massage therapy. Her goal is to provide personalized care to assist each patient in reaching optimal health. In order to provide long term resolution, she looks for the root cause of your particular problem while addressing symptoms for immediate relief. She uses a variety of techniques and tailors each treatment to your specific individual needs. Her current methodology contains a mix of Swedish techniques, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue modalities, and Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques. She has a passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention and experience working with a broad range of patients, including athletes, pre and post natal, motor vehicle accidents, and those with overuse injuries or postural dysfunctions. Her approach uses soft tissue manipulations during treatment, combined with stretching and strengthening recommendations as home care, to achieve optimal therapeutic effect . In her spare time, you can find Karm spending time with her friends and family, training in the gym, attempting to bake or cook new recipes, or soaking up as much outdoors time as she can!
Avineet Sekhon

Avi is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, B.C. Her passion for human anatomy and movement began while completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. Growing up immersed in sports—especially soccer—Avi developed a deep appreciation for athletic performance and injury prevention. Whether she was playing, coaching, or supporting from the sidelines, her connection to the game helped shape her interest in rehabilitative care. Avi is dedicated to helping athletes optimize performance and recover from injuries. She also works with patients experiencing headaches, overuse injuries, and those recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Her treatments incorporate a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and active release therapy. Outside the clinic, Avi enjoys quality time with her family, staying active at the gym, and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks. She finds joy in the little things—like nature walks with her dog, Bambi, and a comforting bowl of pho.
Andrew Yang

Andrew Yang is a registered practitioner with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia. Among the first to complete the Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University—a pioneering initiative in the province’s public education system—he has developed a strong grounding in classical Eastern healing methods. His treatments often incorporate a variety of techniques such as electro-acupuncture, cupping therapy, acupressure, and moxibustion. Known for his thoughtful and attentive approach, Andrew prioritizes individualized care, working closely with each client to create supportive and effective treatment experiences.

Song Sun is a registered acupuncturist who specializes in Chinese needling and acupressure. Also he is good with fire cupping and guasha. He has experience with treating painful obstructions, insomnia, headaches. He is registered with College of traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of BC(CTCMA). He can speak English, mandarin.

Sarah is a Registered Kinesiologist with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV). Her passion for human movement began throughout her years as a gymnast and gymnastics coach, including competing in gymnastics events as well as performing in gymnaestrada provincially, nationally, and internationally—most notably going to the 2019 World Gymnaestrada in Austria. Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals with optimizing function. She assists with improving movement patterns, correcting poor biomechanics, and enhancing physical function through individualized, evidence-based strategies. Whether recovering from an injury, working to improve athletic performance, or striving to increase physical function and movement efficiency, Sarah empowers clients with the tools to achieve long-term health goals and injury prevention.
