Harmanjot's concussion therapy is comprehensive, she provides both exercises to repair your brain post-concussion, as well as strategies to help manage the everyday struggles that come with a brain injury. She adapts her exercises to aid the unique struggles that people experience after a concussion. Her upbeat enthusiasm adds to the excitement of progress! Harmanjot's pelvic floor therapy has greatly improved the issues I was facing with urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, and vaginismus. Pelvic floor issues are often stigmatized, and their negative impact minimised. Her kindness and character help clients feel safe to open up about the issues they face. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Avineet ties together her skill as an RMT, her personal experience in injury recovery, and her education and passion for physical fitness, to provide a wonderfully thorough treatment for her clients! Being able to have an RMT who can treat the immediate pain, while also giving recommendations for preventing/limiting future pain is truly a blessing! She is kind, firm, and actively seeks ways to improve clients comfort and experience! Sukhman provided such exemplary care to me in 2023 that when I got into a different car accident years later, I specifically sought her out when I was looking for a physiotherapist. She is kind, positive, and always puts a smile on my face. Following a series of car accidents, I was devestated, depressed, and the ability to function was so far away. With these ladies help, I finally feel as though I am starting to get my life back! Their passion for helping people recover from injury is reflected in their quality of care. I am overjoyed and so grateful to these practitioners, and to be able to participate in the activities, and work, my injuries stole me away from. I will continue to recommend these practitioners! Karm is personable, knowledgeable and an amazing RMT! She took the time to understand my concerns and work with me to set goals that would benefit multiple areas of my life- work, the gym, and my personal life! I had an excellent experience with my RMT Avneet. I've been coming to her for the past 7–8 months, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. Every session helps relieve my muscle tension and leaves me feeling much better afterward. For my pelvic floor exercise, I met Harmanjot Kaur in this clinic. She thoroughly examined every inch of my body. And before beginning pelvic floor exercises, I took care of every pain in my body, including my neck, shoulder, elbow, hip, back, and knee. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My body hardly hurts anymore. Girl, keep up the fantastic work. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. Thank you 🙏

So happy I found this place. I was experiencing hip tightness and pain while am in 34 weeks pregnant causing me to feel unsteady while walking/moving. With Karm support, my hip pain and discomfort is almost gone. I can’t say enough good things about this physio & Massage clinic! My physiotherapist is absolutely amazing—really takes the time to identify the root of the issue and works closely with you on recovery. Their expertise and approach have made a huge difference for me. The clinic itself is very well-organized, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule, which I really appreciate. My husband also sees one of their massage therapists and has had an equally great experience. The whole team here is fantastic—highly recommend!

As a general rule, a doctor’s referral is not required to receive physiotherapy treatment.

Our clinic is open 7 days a week, offering a wide range of hours to accommodate patients who need appointments before or after work. We will make every effort to book your appointment within 24 hours.

We accept cash, cheques, debit cards, and credit cards. Payment is required at the time of service, and payment plan options are available.
Your insurance benefits will be verified before your first visit, and you will be informed of any payment required on the appointment date.

In most cases, insurance covers a significant portion, if not all, of your treatment costs.

For patients without insurance or those who have exhausted their benefits, we offer a special self-pay rate, payable at the time of service. Please inquire at the front desk for details.

Yes, in many cases, we offer direct billing to your extended health insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your physiotherapy coverage.
